Please install this Community Technology Preview to develop Windows Phone 7 applications using Microsoft Visual Basic. This CTP is to be used as an evaluation, and is not intended to reflect the final version of the technology, which is subject to implementation changes. The final version of the Windows Phone Developer Tools is a prerequisite for this CTP, and can be found here (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyID=04704acf-a63a-4f97-952c-8b51b34b00ce&displaylang=en).

Please install the final version of the Windows Phone Developer Tools on a machine with Visual Studio 2010 Professional or higher. Then click on the .msi from the Files in the download section. This will start the installation of the CTP and install all the necessary components to your machine. Please download and review the README.txt file for a list of known issues with this CTP.
