Working with a document created in a previous version of Word is easy in Word 2007. You can open an earlier document in Word 2007 and then either leave it in the earlier format or convert it to Word 2007 format to take full advantage of the new features. This demo shows you how.

Installation Instructions

To install this download:

  1. Download the file by clicking the Download button (above) and saving the file to your hard disk.
  2. Double-click the Wd2007DemoWorkWithDocumentsCreatedInEarlierVersions.exe program file on your hard disk to start the Setup program.
  3. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the installation.

Instructions for use:

  • Double-click the word_compatibility_final_ZA10206319.wmv file to start the demo.

To remove this download:

Delete the .exe and extracted .wmv files from your hard drive.
