To install on your PC:

1. Download the file by clicking the Download button (above) and saving the file to your hard disk.
2. Double-click the .exe you downloaded from this page and click Open.
3. Click Yes when asked if you want to unzip the template and user guide.
4. Read the License Agreement and click Yes if you would like to continue installation.
5. Review message recommending installation into your Groove Tool Templates folder, and click OK.
6. In the WinZip Self-Extractor screen, ignore the default folder and click Browse to locate your Groove Tool Templates folder (most likely in your My Documents or Documents folder). Click OK.
7. Click Unzip in the WinZip Self-Extractor screen.
8. The WinZip Self-Extractor should return a message that two files were unzipped successfully. Click OK.
9. Click Close to close the WinZip Self-Extractor screen and then click OK.

How to add this template to a Groove workspace:

1. In any Groove 2007 workspace, click the Add Tool icon in the lower right-hand corner of the workspace (just left of the Common Tasks pane).
2. Click More Tools… to view the list of tool templates installed in your Groove Tool Templates folder.
   Note If you did not specify the Groove Tool Templates folder during installation, you will need to click Browse… (instead of More Tools…) to locate the template each time you want to add it to a workspace.
3. Select the check box next to the Welcome Page Tool and click OK.
4. The Welcome Page tool is added to the workspace.

• Information about how to use the features provided by this template is provided in the User Guide, which is included in the download and will be copied into the same folder you specify for the template.

1. Open the Groove workspace that contains the tool you want to remove.
2. Locate the tool among the tool tabs at the bottom of the workspace's main pane.
3. Right-click the tab for the tool you want to remove, and select Delete.
4. Click Yes in the Delete Tool confirmation dialog box.
