This update contains a number of fixes for System Center 2012 Service Manager

• This update contains a set of bug fixes to the System Center 2012 Service Manager release. It should be applied to all Service Manager 2012 server installation. There are two executable files available:
  
  These executable contain the cumulative update package and be applied to all Service Manager 2012 server installation.

  SCSM2012_CU_KB2719827_i386_7.5.1561.106.exe
  
  Bug fixes included in this update:
  
  • The URL links to incidents or activities in Notification Templates is incorrect. This issue is discussed in the following blog:
    http://blogs.technet.com/b/servicemanager/archive/2012/02/13/including-links-to-incidents-or-activities-in-notification-templates-scsm-2012.aspx
  • The timestamp for incidents created through SMTP connector are incorrect.
  • If a user changes the SharePoint site language in the Service Manager portal, the incorrect language may be displayed.
  • Service Manager does not generate an incident for alerts created by Operations Manager rules.

• To install this cumulative update, follow these steps:
  
  • Exit all Service Manager-related applications before you apply this cumulative update. For example, exit the Service Manager Console, the Self-Service Portal links, and the authoring tool.
  • Download the cumulative update to a target folder.
  Note: This cumulative update contains both the x86 version and the x64 version. Download the appropriate version for your system.
  • Open the target folder
  • Right-click the SCSM2012_CU_KB2719827_AMD64_7.5.1561.106.exe file or the SCSM2012_CU_KB2719827_i386_7.5.1561.106.exe file, and then click Run as administrator
  • Accept the Microsoft Software License Terms, and then follow the steps in the installation wizard.
  
  How to verify a successful installation of this cumulative update
  
  • In Control Panel, open Programs and Features.
  • Click View installed updates.
  • The following item is listed:
