Windows Vista is an enhanced desktop search capability that helps Vandruff locate files and e-mail messages on her PC regardless of the type of file — e-mail, text, spreadsheet, audio, video or presentation — and its location on the hard drive.

The Institute for Aesthetic Medicine (IAM) trains and certifies physicians and practitioners in the use of medical lasers. The company’s CEO and co-owner, Cindy Vandruff, faced the challenge of juggling an ever-growing amount of e-mails and documents. With Windows Vista, Vandruff found a solution that provided accelerated file finding, enhanced security and an assortment of tools to help make her company run more efficiently.
