Outlook 2003 with Business Contact Manager Service Pack 1 contains significant security enhancements, in addition to stability and performance improvements.
Outlook 2003 with Business Contact Manager Service Pack 1 provides the latest updates to Microsoft® Office Outlook® 2003 with Business Contact Manager. Some of the fixes included with Service Pack 1 (SP1) have been previously released as separate updates. This service pack combines them into one update.
This service pack also includes all updates previously released for Outlook 2003 with Business Contact Manager:
Business Contact Manager SP1 will install successfully even if the publicly available updates have already been installed on your computer.
Business Contact Manager SP1 also includes stability improvements developed as a result of user input from the Microsoft Online Crash Analysis in Business Contact Manager and from Microsoft Product Support feedback.

Installation Instructions
If you have Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 with Business Contact Manager, do the following:
- Install Outlook 2003 with Business Contact Manager Service Pack 1. To do this, follow these steps:
- Download the .exe file by clicking on the Download button at the top of the page, and then save the file to your hard disk drive.
- It is recommended that you quit any programs you are running.
- In Windows Explorer, double-click the .exe file that you saved to your hard disk drive, and follow the instructions on the screen.
