The Offline Crash Diagnostic for Windows XP is designed to reduce the amount of time it takes to diagnose and develop corrective action for kernel crash issues encountered on computers running Windows XP. The diagnostic will automatically identify crash dumps, upload the results to Microsoft for analysis and return a URL to a solution that identifies corrective action to be taken to address the identified issue. After you install this item, you may have to restart your computer.
