Instant Search enables enhanced desktop search and organization that helps locate files and e-mail messages on a PC. If Shelton remembers anything at all about a file — the type of file, when it was created or even what it contains — Windows Vista can quickly find it.
PC Concepts LLC, Chattanooga, Tenn., is a small PC consulting business. Owner Ken Shelton uses Windows Vista on four computers and found the new operating system helpful in the more efficient running of his business. Though Instant Search is a favorite efficiency tool, Shelton gives credit to a host of other features that make his consulting business run more smoothly: the Windows Aero interface, Windows ReadyBoost, Network and Sharing Center and gadgets.
