- In order to install the Code Advisor, you must be running Windows® 98 or later, Internet Explorer 6.0 or later, and Visual Basic 6.0. Note that the Code Advisor relies on the VBScript and MSXML components distributed in Internet Explorer 6.0. Internet Explorer is not required to be the default browser.
