Install this update to resolve the issue when you are running Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2, you configure the date, time and number format to use “Hebrew (Israel)” but when you select a date in a Windows forms application that uses DateTimePicker control, the date is displayed in the yyyy/MM/dd format.
