Microsoft has released Dynamics 365 (on-premises) Update 2.21 for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Server (on-premises), Microsoft Dynamics 365 Reporting Extensions (on-premises), Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Outlook (on-premises), Microsoft Dynamics 365 Language Pack (on-premises), and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Email Router (on-premises).

To maintain parity between the application components of Dynamics 365, this update includes packages for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Server (on-premises), Microsoft Dynamics 365 Reporting Extensions (on-premises), Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Outlook (on-premises), Microsoft Dynamics 365 Language Packs (on-premises), and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Email Router (on-premises).

• This update must be installed on a computer that is running Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 or later update.

Important: The language pack must be installed before you can apply the update for that language pack. Download and install a language pack at Microsoft Dynamics 365 Language Packs.


To install this update, do one of the following:

• To start the installation immediately, select Run.
• To save the download to your computer for installation later, select Save.
• To cancel the download, select Cancel.
