Installation Instructions

    1. To start the download, select Download.
    2. Choose the file that you want to download, and select Next.
    3. You'll be prompted to run or save the file. Select Save to save the file to your computer.
    • If you downloaded the Unified Service Desk package archive file, extract the contents of the package. Next, run the PackageDeployer.exe file in the extracted folder to select and deploy a Unified Service Desk package.
    • If you downloaded the AddRecommendedIESettings file, execute the file to set up Unified Service Desk recommended settings for Internet Explorer.
    • If you downloaded the CleanUpIESettings file, execute the file to disable Unified Service Desk recommended settings for Internet Explorer.
