System Requirements

Operating Systems: Windows 2000, Windows NT, Windows XP

    • Because msxsl.exe is only a wrapper, Microsoft Core XML Services (MSXML) must be installed on the computer. You can download Microsoft Core XML Services (MSXML) 4.0 from the Microsoft Download Center.

Note: Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0, Internet Explorer 5.5, and Microsoft Windows® 2000 released msxml.dll. This version of MSXML is not recent enough to be used with the msxsl.exe utility. You need MSXML 4.0 to run this utility.
