The msxsl.exe command line utility enables you to perform command line Extensible Stylesheet Language (XSL) transformations using the Microsoft® XSL processor.
- The msxsl.exe command line utility enables you to perform command line Extensible Stylesheet Language (XSL) transformations using the Microsoft® XSL processor. Less than 30 kilobytes (KB) in size, the Msxsl.exe utility invokes the Microsoft XML Parser 4.0 (msxml4.dll) to perform the transformation.

System Requirements
Operating Systems: Windows 2000, Windows NT, Windows XP
- Because msxsl.exe is only a wrapper, Microsoft Core XML Services (MSXML) must be installed on the computer. You can download Microsoft Core XML Services (MSXML) 4.0 from the Microsoft Download Center.
Note: Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0, Internet Explorer 5.5, and Microsoft Windows® 2000 released msxml.dll. This version of MSXML is not recent enough to be used with the msxsl.exe utility. You need MSXML 4.0 to run this utility.
Installation Instructions
