This release contains fixes to the Update Rollup 7 (KB3069121) released in July 28, 2015.

• This Update Rollup release contains fixes to the Update Rollup 7 released in July 28, 2015. The issues addressed:1. In the Admin and Tenant portals, if the user scales the website to "large" and then scale the website to "small". the application succeeds but after the user refreshes the scale revert back to "large" instead of "small".2. In the Admin portal, updating any setting in the websites “configuration” tab will cause the disabled configuration options (grayed out) to be enabled.3. When using the Guarded/Shielded VM feature in the Windows Azure Pack Portals, downloading the Guardian Key brings down the wrong content.
